Frito-Lay tapped our sister company, theLab, to build their very first direct-to-consumer site, Snacks.com, which opened a new channel for delivering beloved and hard-to-find snacks directly to passionate fans—especially important during a global pandemic.
I worked cross-company with theLab's designers and web developers to create a cohesive brand experience for a new Snacks.com brand identity that's hip and culturally fluent. I wrote copy for landing pages, headlines, sub-headers... and over 400 product descriptions.
The new website launched in March 2023 and attracted 656,677 visitors in its first month—a 90.4% increase from the previous month.
